i didnt like the breakfast with no option to take it to your room. if your wife wants to sleep in you cannot take her breakfast to the room. it is against the rules. there should be local olives and fresh local bread for breakfast.

The hotel overall is good. However housekeeping and, most of all, the service at the restaurant was bad. We had lunch the first and had to wait an unacceptable long time. We have some food sensitivities, but the staff seems not to understand how this is important. I was sick for a couple of days, and my wife was not allowed to take my included breakfast to our room, saying that there was an extra charge for room service. I asked for fried eggs at breakfast, but they told me that.the egg service was only for omelets (!!!). Not really a 5-star service.

Promocionan el Hotel con el casino. Me dieron un trago de cortesia para usarlo en el casino.fui con mi esposa y no la dejaron entrar an casino por que no tenia cedula chilena. Ella tenia su cedula venezolana y le dijeron que con esa cedula no podi entrar y luego pasa un peruano con su cedula y si lo dejan entrar. Encuentro descriminacion que con una cedula di y otra no. Tambien me cobraron un inpuesto y en la paguina de expedia decia inpuestos incluidos .
