The property can not be viewed by neighbors.   The rental of this property is in principle based on the Spanish legislation, in particular Law 29/1994 of 24. November of urban leases. For this reason, the object is made available for seasonal use. With this contract, no kind of tourist service is offered to the tenants. The contract includes only the use of the object.

Adjacent to the living room begins the courtyard with a 3x4 meter pool, outdoor shower, small lawn, a lemon tree and a covered terrace with brick outdoor kitchen & charcoal grill and another refrigerator. The property can not be viewed by neighbors. Ariany is a small, original village with a village square, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy and 2 bars. The village square is not 200 meters. One of the most popular Mallorcan restaurants is just over one kilometer from the house. The fine sandy, kilometer long beach "Playa de Muro" can be reached in 15 minutes. Likewise Can Picafort. It only takes a few minutes longer after Son Serra de Marina.
