The renovation just completed was carried out with a choice of classy materials that together with a very refined furniture give "Il Girasole" a touch of very exclusive refinement.
The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a very well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The bedroom is very comfortable and is furnished with a bridge wardrobe and bedside tables with sockets for charging electronic devices.
The bathroom is very spacious and has a walk-in shower
The shutters are all motorized and with home automation it is also possible to control the partial opening of the same simply by using voice commands. Furthermore, the shutters are insulated, both for thermal and acoustic comfort.

Guests are provided with linens and towels. Personal hygiene products such as shampoo and/or soaps are not provided.
