I stay in Arcadia a lot since my parents live near there. The Economy Inn surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much for the low price, but the rooms I have stayed in have been very clean and unlike many “value” motels, it seems the rooms have been remodeled relatively recently. Bear in mind that this is not a Hilton, but a value motel. It’s probably one of the best value motels I have stayed at. It only lost a star because the some of the rooms are fairly close to the road and it can get loud in the morning when trucks are driving by on the road, which is very close to the motel.

As soon as we opened the door you could smell that it hadn't been cleaned recently. The floor in the entire room, i don't know if it's ever been cleaned. the chair in the room was not clean either. and the white sheets on the bed had stains on them. the air conditioner was very loud. left us with little sleep.

It's ok for a short visit. It's over priced, should only be $50,$60 per night. Towels are stained like they use them to clean the facility and bathe with. Old, need to be upgraded, renovated. Outside has a bad smell. Doesn't offer breakfast or amenities. Sheets and pillow case stained
