Très bonne situation géographique, résidence propre et calme, bon équipement intérieur mais vieilli
Des soucis anciens de fermeture de porte fenêtre, et aussi de serrure devraient être réglés afin de mieux noter cet appartement plaisant, confortable en été, mais hors saison, on peut en douter par ce manque d'étanchéité et son exposition au nord. La configuration de la chambre ne permet pas une literie en 140 cm, c'est dommage aussi.
