If you pay 145 for a room and breakfast you expect a bit more than a worn out room in a worn out building, in the hall there were things hanging loose. In the room the paint wasn't pretty anymore you had stripes everywhere and paint falling off. In the bathroom there were burns in the bathtube and on the toilet were 2 round red stains. The rest of the room was was very basic
We stopped at the hotel on my birthday. The hotel did not even put chocolate as a complement in the room !!! Although I wrote and asked, I offered to pay for both bouquet and wine! The hotel just ignored everything! The first time I meet with such indifference.
English or french speaking staff for the check in. Large bedroom with all conveniences. Cleanliness of the place. A park lot in the basement . The only negative point was at breakfast time. We arrived after a bus of spanish people and very few was left. We had to wait 15mn to get fruit juice and the staff was not very kind.
I booked on night on this hotel for 3 (including my daughter of 8 years). When I got there, surprise, someone checked in on my name one hour earlier. I was informed that they couldn't give for me a room because someone got my room (with my name)..... First they offered split my family, I refused. Second option, they offered one of the accessible room (it is next the elevador). During the night, 3 times someone tried to get in the room and kick the door waking up all my family. A house of crazy people. Bad hotel and bad place to stay. Bad preservation.
Good hotel for travelling, though the rooms were not clean(ed) at his best. We just stayed there for sleeping and showering. As we stayed 13 days, we expected a little bit cleaner room. Also we had 2 times the room was not cleaned at all.
Too expensive breakfast. Not all staff were welcoming. Ruined and old towels. Comfy bed and silent room.
The air conditioning wasn't working, the fridge wasn't working, the rooms need to be refurbished a little bit and the parking is not included, you have to pay 20 euros if you want to use their private parking.
I booked this hotel based on the photographs shown regarding my booking. The room was nothing to do with what is advertised. This applies within the room and in the corridors. This hotel really needs maintenance works. The corridors are too dark; filthy; stains in the carpets, etc. The lift is claustrophobic, very dark and only one light was working. It is really slow as well. Thank you for the water (small bottle provided) although not always was given one. Toiletries provided were half empty (not the first day though). The doors of the bedrooms do not close properly and you have to slump them. This may disturb other guests. The staff in reception was really nice and helpful. Thanks for the storage room to leave the suitcase, it is much appreciated. The man working in the bar was really rude. I do not know if he does not know too much English, but it seems that everything annoys him, maybe a smile would be healthy for him. Cleaning staff, please try to be quite. There is not a bedsite table, but a chair with wholes, please change it. Please provide with a kettle for all rooms, at least if asked in advance. The air conditioning is not such thing, but a fan. It was really warm. Please avoid having guests smoking just beside the main entrance. Please consider changing the furniture except for the bed, which was really comfortable. I got a deal, but I do not think that this hotel is that cheap for the quality of the service provided.
+ Good breakfast; Stylish rooms. - - The room was not quite clean. There were stains of coffee on the carpet and I found a hair on my pillow. The handle of the bathroom door was broken as well as hangers on the bathroom door. - Reception was slow. -15 min walk from center
We spent most of our stay in a room on the 8th floor, with a fridge and a phone that did not work. Frequently, we were confronted with unpleasant sewage-like smells. There definitely must have been a problem with the piping. The second room was much better: functioning phone and fridge and no funny smells.
