This property and our host Alejandra exceed our expectations. An absolutely beautiful property - modern, beautifully decorated, clean and central to everything. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly and professional. I don’t know what we would have done without Alejandra - from getting our transportation to and from the residence coordinated, to making recommendations for dinner and even helping us find the closest supermarket - the service was top tier. I would highly recommended this property and if I find myself in Guatemala again, I will be staying here.
