Beautiful and Charming Hotel

Very charming and aesthetic hotel! The room was beautiful and clean, and the terrace had an amazing view of the volcano. The breakfast in the hotel was yummy. The front desk was very accommodating for a late check out since we went on a tour to Pacaya Volcano, would definitely stay on again!!

Very convenient location. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, but room was very very small. This garden view room (room #2) only had one windiw, which opened to corridor facing garden, so at night closed the shutter so people don't see in, but was like sensory deprivation. Breakfast only so-so. Took forever to get hot water in shower. Staff very friendly.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully decorated with Spanish colonial style furniture, and there was a lovely courtyard in the center of the hotel. Although the hotel was right on a busy street, we very seldom heard any noise from outside. The hotel was also located close to the park, shops, and beautiful churches. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, nice fan in room, wonderful breakfast. Great location and walking distance. I did have to reach out more than once to confirm coordination for airport pickup, and ultimately had to communicate with the driver myself for flight information etc, which was frustrating, but it all worked out fine.
