hello, I propose a studio with a kitchen equipped a bathroom / shower Italian toilet and a large terrace in the center of Juan les Pins, surrounded by restaurant & entertainment, 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach , 5 minutes walk from the train station, bus down the building. the housing equipped with a bench bed for 2 places and a small bed. it is ideal for an unforgettable stay.
