Beautiful property with lovely balcony. Beds were super comfy, only downside was the pool was out of action for 7 of our 9 nights which upset our 11 year old as he loves pools. We were offered next door’s pool but that had no sunloungers so not appealing to the whole family Everything you could ask for inside property and well maintained

Amazing stay

We have just returned from 10 days in the South of France and this apartment was the perfect base for us. I was there with my 9 year old daughter - so the pool was well-used! My parents were also there and the apartment was extremely spacious for us all. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with the sea views. The pictures are true to the apartment and it had everything we needed. We were greeted at the apartment by the property manager and the owners were in touch and quick to get back to us when we had questions. It's an easy walk to the beach and all the amenities you need are nearby - a big supermarket, pharmacy, boulongerie, cafe, bar and a restaurant. There is an excellent bus service outside taking you to Cannes or Nice, or with a 15 minute walk into Juan-les-Pins, you have everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Magnifique séjour

C'est un bel appartement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé situé dans un immeuble au calme tout en étant tout près des magasins et restaurants. Il y a un grand balcon avec une magnifique vue sur le parc Exflora, la Méditerranée et le port de Golfe Juan. Il est bien situé pour visiter la Côte d'Azur. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied.On a un contact direct avec la propriétaire qui répond très vite à vos questions. La concierge qui nous a accueillis était aussi très sympathique. Bref, c'est un endroit parfait pour passer d'excellentes vacances.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement in gepflegter Anlage. Grosser Balkon mit traumhaften Ausblick. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Hausverwaltung. Gute Lage mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Strand 5 min. zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Ein perfekter Ort für entspannte Ferien.
