The property is designed to be your personal and lavish private Relais & Chateau style accommodation. It is full of history, it is luxurious, stylish and cosy for a big family with friends.

At the same time it provides enough privacy with 6 different terraces for a professional group of Executives seeking space for work and quietness.

7 bed rooms, 7 bath / shower rooms, guest house,
gym house, summer kitchen/bar by the pool, vine cave and heated pool.

The property is very quiet and is nestled on the west side on the Cap between the famous Hotel du Cap / Eden Roc and Belles Rives.

The whole property is available to guests with the exception of the underground garage and the staff apartment.
Other things to note
We can provide staff for cleaning, house keeping, chauffeuring and cooking at extra charge.

If you do not bring your own staff we do not recommend to go through external service providers.

Our staff is family vetted and is working for years on the property and will not steal and will be very discrete.
