This hotel is in the middle of the houses and residences. There is a construction going on next to it. I can not call it a resort anymore. It is clean. The food is ok since we are here in the off season. But there is no pillow choice.
The hotel hosted a winter school for teenagers. My room was in the midst of these students. The rooms have very thin walls and thus, I was disturbed by these students throughout my entire stay. They would make noise up until 3-4 am and constantly argue, fight and swear. I notified the reception 3 times and the situation did not change. My room was also located next to a massive air conditioner outside, therefore the humming noise was existent throughout my stay if I decided to leave open my balcony door. The interior decoration was very outdated, the air conditioning temperature in my room was non-adjustable. I asked the receptionist for a travel adapter for a UK plug to Turkey plug and was sent a 3 port turkish plug. I then asked where I can get an adapter, I was told the friend at the reception will buy me one and I will pay 20 lira, so they can make a little commission when all along the adapter was sold in the hotel market. The hotel market has no price list, it is a hit and win. He sets the prices high and tries to haggle as much as he can. It seems the management is non existent in this hotel since they do not care about brand image, representation and prestige. This felt more like a 2.5 star hotel. The food would be re-used throughout the day, and some salads were not washed properly. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
v. nice hotel with good facilitate, close to the beach, nice room with nice sea view, rooms facing to the sun are unstable afternoon because of the heat, air condition is central yo cant operate from the room.
The hotel is to very big which is something a prefer that you do not have to walk for a long distance to your room or to take a shower or to the restaurants. The activity team is great most of them speaks English and very friendly and helpful. The food was good. The location is not very far from the town in case you want to talk a tour. I found it one of the best places on beach i have ever gone to.
Maybe long time ago was a 5***** hotel, But Now...you can Say 3 or maximum 4**** hotel! The breakfast is Poor, the lunch and dinner the same, they use the food from breakfast for lunch and from lunch to dinner, So..i don”t know if is a Good idea to Buy all inclusive packet. The rooms needs to be refurbished and this very soon.. the ac didnt work in all 4 nights that We stayed there! And Even i spoke with reception they didnt care. After that i tried to Rent a car, But When i told them that i want just for one day, they tried to Find reasons for not Renting me one.. Whatever, Antalya is a Nice city, But this is not a 5***** hotel!
we stayed over the Christmas 7 days all inc in the penthouse nice room with jacuzzi bath big patio sofa etc great veiws to sea and mountains , looked a bit old could do with modernizing ,Food was good enjoyed the Christmas dinner. Staff very friendly and helpfull, The Pool table was a disappointment 5 euro,s for a game and the table was unusable had screws and washers under the felt and so badly warped we laughed as the ball traveled around the table would be better to have a coin operated table with a slate top , I know this is a small thing but with a little effort this could be fixed spoit a nice stay
We have stayed at the Porto Bello a number of times and have never been disappointed. We stayed over Christmas and this year they went the extra mile with decorations and Xmas faire. Since we last visited, there have been a number of improvements. Including the gym has been enlarged with new state of the art equipment. The staff are professional and friendly as ever. The food has always been excellent but on this trip, they excelled themselves with quality and variety.
we spent 3 nights at the porto bello over the xmas period and were very very pleased with every part of our stay,The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The room service was excellent and the views from our sea facing rooms were superb. The hotel food was very good with a wide selection. The indoor swimming pool was very nice as was the turkish bath.
Wife is slowly. Animation evening program is funny from reception mr Ahmet a good guy. Room is clean. Service is good they always smile. Food are delicious. I will come one more time. Porto hello is the best
when I first visited I met the personal trainer lady called Nuray and I was very impressed. Even though I am quite out of shape and was reluctant Nuray managed to motivate me to go to the gym most days that I was not out of the hotel. She is very professional, has a friendly manner and knows her stuff. I decided to have Nuray as a personal trainer and the cost was very reasonable and I enjoyed our work outs and she gave me a detailed nutrition list and a work out programme for when I leave the hotel. She is a great asset to the hotel as she was not there when I was at the same hotel last year and I can see the positive contribution she is making to the hotel. I am planning on keeping in touch with her to help and motivate me when I am back in London. Thank you Nuray.
