We had a lovely 5x night stay (family of 4, two kids aged 8 and 3). Apartment was beautifully designed and very comfortable. Beach is a few min walk (or drive) away, very convenient. There is a small grocery just downstairs from the apartment (with fresh pastries and bread delivered each am). Check in/out very easy. Thank you Emma & Cecile!

La localisation du logement est idéal… à 5 minutes de la plage .. un environnement délicieux ! Un appartement avec un superbe volume , un salon et un séjour royal … deux chambres zen avec leur propres salle de baîn ! Une cuisine ouverte spacieuse !Anse marcel est un lieu magique avec une « zenitude » idéal , vraiment je recommande ce logement et Anse marcel ainsi que tt St MartinUne « conciergerie » attentive et réactive , avec un message what’s app qui donne de des « tips » très intéressants …Allez y les yeux fermés !

Appartement moderne, spacieux, bien orienté et ventilé, décoré avec goût et bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité. Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines avec nos enfants de 1 et 5 ans au mois de janvier. Chambres spacieuses, de la place pour le lit bébé. Appartement idéal pour une famille de 4 ou deux couples. Mini casino bien achalandé et restaurants sympas à deux pas. Zone commerciale plus importante à 5 minutes en voiture.Plage d'anse Marcel à quelques minutes à pieds et idéale pour des enfants.Localisation idéale pour visiter l'île et bateau pour l'îlet Pinel très proche.Quelques bémols : vis-à-vis important dans le séjour avec les voisins de la résidence, non visible sur les photos. Des boîtes hermétiques pour conserver la nourriture hors frigo seraient les bienvenues pour la protéger des visiteurs nocturnes... Enfin on sentait par intermittence une odeur d'essence assez désagréable dans une des salle de bain (générateur électrique ?).Dans l'ensemble nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour. Cécile, l'hôte a toujours été disponible et réactive.

Logement bien situé. A 2 minutes de la plage.11 minutes en voiture de l aeroport de Grand Case.Parfait pour les enfants. Il y 1 une petite aire de jeux en bas du logement que l on voit bien de l'appartement ce qui etait parfait pour notre petite de 6 ans.Le logement est plus grand qu"il ne parait sur les photos. Il y a tout pour y passer un bon sejour. En plus de l aire de jeu, il y a une petite superette pour depanner, un retaurant et un bar snack.Nous avons apprécié notre sejour.Anse Marcel est un lieu encore preservé Je recommande.
