We really enjoyed the location and the sauna. The kitchenette could be better. I’d add a hot plate at least. There were no bowls or clean sponges to wash coffee mugs.

Our stay was great! The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. When we had an issue, we contacted Tim and he responded immediately with a solution. The space was clean and spacious. We enjoyed both the hot tub and sauna.

Anniversary Trip to Annapolis

We had full and free access to the specificed areas with no impedement whatsoever. Checking in and out was seamless for us and the property was convenient 15 minutes from the historic downtown area. Would definitely reccomend for other couples and we will absolutely consider returning again in the future!

Lovely quiet retreat

Stayed for 3 nights in this clean, quiet loft at the end of a dead end 2-lane road. *Loved the dry sauna! Nice heat! *Loft is accessed through stairs inside the garage. *Kitchenette is small but works for breakfast and basics. *Love the large closet which is sunny and like another bedroom. *Easy communication with owner and easy access. * About 10m by car to Sandy Point State Park * About 15m by car into downtown Annapolis Great base for exploring the Annapolis area.

Nice digs not sure about 4

This was rented for four adults and two dogs who were adult children of my partner to attend a family wedding. I did not stay there or go there as I was very busy with wedding planning. It was reported that the place was big but the fouton for two wasn’t evident and their Dad gave them a blow up mattress to use. I learned that later. I also didn’t see a note from the owner to remind my guests only to smoke outside and heard that one daughter told her Dad tthat the place smelled like smoke but honestly this was all third party reporting. Appreciated that they allowed dogs.

Great location for a weekend in Annapolis

Terrific location for a weekend in Annapolis for my husband and me. Only 20 minutes to downtown/ historic area and 10 short minutes to Sandy Point State Park.

Just what we expected

The unit was clean other than the decorative rug, looked like previous spots were never addressed. Unfortunately the AC had a mind of it’s own and kept dropping to 59 degrees. Enjoyed the jacuzzi/sauna and the plentiful towels. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped to suit our needs! Thanks for being pet 🐶 friendly!

Lovely stay

We loved our stay here! The kitchenette was well stocked for such a small space. And I loved how the open shelving made it so easy to find things. The bed is incredibly soft, honestly almost too much! We loved having our own sauna and jacuzzi right in the loft. The spacious walk in closet was a plus, as we could put our baby for naps in there, and he wouldn’t be disturbed. The door in the kitchenette has a paper over it, covering most of the window but not all. The curtain on the other side of the door came open a bit and the cat came right up to the window and stared for a while. Little weird, but not a huge deal. I’d suggest something that covers the entire window on the loft side. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again!

Beautiful property

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. Very clean and well appointed. Lots of amenities. Cute neighborhood and lovely short drive to Annapolis. Noise from adjoining house was a little distracting, but not a big deal.

Wonderful Recpite - SPA Amenities Are AMAZING!

Tim and his family are wonderful hosts and extremely responsive if there is a problem. My stay of three weeks is not the norm and enjoyable.The king size bed and wonderful linens and blankets provided an awesome night's sleep.The HUGE TV is beyond belief. An abundant supply of high quality towels and bath/shower products were greatly appreciated.The sauna...where do I begin??? Walking around the neighborhood is safe with plenty of docks and water views. Grocery stores and other retail and restaurant establishments are a quick 4-8 mile drive. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Sandy Point State Park with beach are just minutes away. Following are few thoughts for those considering this SPA loft apartment: - The stairs up to the loft are steep with a hand rail only on one side. Probably not the best setup for senior citizens or those with a disability. Tim's wife and daughter helped with taking heavy items up the stairs as I am still recovering from a shattered femur. - Water glasses are not provided or a can opener so bring your own. - There isn't a table or chairs to eat a meal. I sat at the desk or recliner for a meal.And,the recliner is VERY comfortable. - Refrigerator is small and the freezer section can only hold 1 or 2 frozen items. I suggest bringing an ice chest if you plan on staying for a while but fine for a long weekend or week stay. Thanks Tim!
