The house was simply perfect. Just as described on line. The host responded immediately to any questions immediately and was so accommodating. The location could not have been any better. We were within walking distance to every thing that we needed and our car never left the private parking space that came with the house. That was a huge plus not having to search and pay for parking. We will definitely stay here again.

The property’s location was perfect! The fact that it has private parking was simply amazing! Danielle, the property manager was wonderful and her communication was outstanding! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the bathrooms were a little unusual, specifically the half-bath downstairs which had a challenging-to-use faucet system (push buttons on opposite sides of the faucet that shut off as soon as you stopped pushing - so that it was tricky to wash hands) and an extremely tiny toilet room in the primary bedroom (we’re not big people or tall people, but my husband and I found it extremely cramped!). The primary shower/tub was very roomy, but it and the sink to was hands were exposed to the whole room. But the location, the size of the unit, and the parking more than made up for the small annoyances. The rooftop patio was nice, too, but the stairs to it are extremely steep and narrow, and the door is a hatch that unlatched and you push up, so be aware of that if anyone has mobility challenges. Overall, we loved our stay on Pinkney St. and will definitely check its availability for our next visit!

USNA stay!
What a perfect place to stay for USNA related things! So close to both Gate 1 and 3. Right in Annapolis, but on a quiet street with off street designated parking place. All updated appliances and an amazing large tub. We will be back!

The Pinkney House location is perfect. We were there for our son's graduation from the Naval Academy and were able to park and walk everywhere. Easy walking to DTA and the Naval Academy. The home itself was very clean and comfortable. It met and surpassed our expectations and we would book the Pinkney House next time we are in Annapolis.

Wedding weekend (Thurs- Sun)
The location was perfect for our 3 day weekend for our son's wedding in annapolis. Walkable to many nice restaurants and shops. As for the house itself: would recommend tissues, assortment of pillows (I found them quite hard) and maybe for families with younger members some basic games. We brought our own dice and cards. Many coffee pods available but no machine.(?) We had brought our own coffee for regular pot. Our only issue was the adjoining rental was under construction which made it very noisy Thurs and Fri. Not sure if host was aware of that or not. Would use this place again if we visited the area but would inquire as to construction projects.

Great location
A few maintenance things—burnt old bulbs in main light over kitchen table and a missing hook in bathroom (hall bath is small so the hook is valuable). Otherwise house is in great spot. Had some difficulty with property manager charging us incorrectly but it was ultimately resolved.

Visit to the Navel Academy
Perfect location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Could use a bigger and better rug at the front and back doors to prevent dirt being dragged in from the street!! Would happily stay when we return to Annapolis

Annapolis vacation
The apartment was sparkling and stunning. Even our Annapolis friends were impressed. The location was perfect. And the private parking space right outside the door was a dream come true. Best. Annapolis. Vacation. Ever.
