Front Desk and other staff were very helpful and cheerful. Our room had a really nice view and was very spacious. My issue was with the shower drain that did not work, so you ended up in a puddle of water. And second, someone forgot to vacuum the room, my black socks were covered in some kind of pet hair(white/beige).. the nautical themed blue cushions on the bed had the same white hair on them.
Very nice comfortable, newly renovated room, view of the State Capitol. Fireworks at midnight over the harbor from the dockside of Pusser's restaurant was terrific (and cold!). The band playing in the restaurant was also great. Look forward to a return visit.
My wife and I had the pleasure of spending two nights in this fabulous hotel while celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary in Annapolis. Our visit began by being warmly welcomed to the hotel by the lovely desk clerk Racheal. She was the perfect host throughout our stay. Our corner room overlooking Annapolis harbor and the Severn river was perfect for enjoying the view from our large balcony . The staff were fantastic and catered to our every need. When friends joined us in the room the hotel sent us a bottle of bubbly with glasses for all our guests. Without a doubt, an exceptional hotel experience.
My wife and I stayed over on new year's eve and attended the new year's eve party at the hotel. The party had a great DJ and dance floor. The heavy hors d'oeuvres were good, as was the open bar. The Annapolis fireworks display began at midnight and we had the best possible viewing, nice and close! They also had several raffles and a photo booth. When we booked our stay via the hotel directly, we asked for a handicapped accessible room. They assured us all had roll-in showers but refused to give any details -this was a disappointment. They did not have roll-in shower access, based on our room, #423 (a tub with a grab bar and shower wand). The toilet was very low but did have 3 grab bars. The hotel needs to do a proper job of explaining what their handicapped rooms provide. Their staff also needs to learn how to provide decent service. The king bed was good, but the sheets were coarse and the feather pillows went flat and were miserable. The room had a doorbell light for hearing impaired. The room was clean and in good shape. At the party, my wife asked a hotel staff person where she could get a bottled water. The staffer responded "I'm not a server" and gave no other help. Really? The valet guys were great with the car however. Good stay and fun party with great fireworks view, but for $650 for one night and crappy service treatment by staff? Get your staff in order Waterfront.
I had booked a stay using points for my wife, two daughters and myself. Due to my error I had booked a king room. The hotel was very accommodating and found a way to get us in a room with two beds. I’m very appreciative of that for starters. The hotel itself is very nice and is in a great location. The valets were overwhelmed due to the bowl game fans but did a great job keeping up. This hotel is top notch and would definitely stay again next time we’re in Annapolis.
As a Marriott card holder, I stayed at this property for free using my rewards points. The annual fee for my card is a fraction of what one night here costs so I made my money back. Anyway, the rooms are not 5 star but very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The location is ideal and a short walk to all restaurants and shops. We had lunch when we arrived and breakfast the next morning in the hotel restaurant, Pusser’s. It was convenient. Only thing i wasn’t totally pleased with is that there is a $26 charge for parking per night. We will stay here again.
I checked in to the beautiful Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. While going through the check-in process, the receptionist, Heidi, ask me if she could upgrade my room. I said yes and it was the most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. It had floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Annapolis Harbor. I felt so lucky. Thank you Heidi! I also make sure to eat at the hotel's restaurant, Purser's, a Caribbean restaurant. It is excellent.
What a great stay. We were greeted pleasantly by everyone at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel and were checked in early which was a nice surprise. The view of the Harbor was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for walking to all the sights of Annapolis and Easton.
This hotel had a wonderful location on the water in Annapolis. It is also a short walk to the historic part of Annapolis and the Naval Academy. The rooms and interior of the hotel, however, are average at best. Although it appeared the rooms have been "updated", these rooms are very plain as are the bathrooms. The rooms are clean but the furniture is fairly cheap looking as is the decor. The ceilings look like they were sprayed with popcorn like material. Since this is the only Annapolis hotel right on the water, and the marina is lovely, you may want to pay almost $400 a night. But don't expect luxury.
Location was ideal for walking to the downtown area. In town for our anniversary and to catch Gaelic Storm at the Rams Head on Stage. Hotel staff very accommodating, made sure flowers were delivered to the room prior to check-in, responded immediately to correct issue with the refrigerator. Room was in immaculate shape, shower have great pressure and plenty of hot water. Room service was reasonable for my experience, the food was delivered piping hot and all items were prepared as requested. Valet service was prompted ensure vehicle was present before I reached the lobby area. On the plus side Purser's Caribbean restaurant is attached to the hotel. Menu had a good selection, ordered the Jerk Chicken Wrap, perfect Caribbean flavor, and inexpensive for it's location.
