It was our first time in Anna Maria Island and we absolutely loved it!!!! The house and location are perfect! We will be back!

Very welcoming home. Really liked the layout and the short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed pool time. Everyone that we brought with us had a great time. The grandson's enjoyed playing ping pong.

West O gulf

Although I understand the purpose of the door alarms. they were very annoying. A fence around the pool would be much better. Some doors did not have buttons to push to bypass the alarm. and even if bypassed. we had to rush out door because it only gives you 5 ish seconds. We woke others up several times with accidentally setting off alarm. Also, didnt love that they had to also come inspect our alarm during our stay. Got. ticket for not properly parking in the driveway. and had no place to park the golf cart we rented sonparked on the grass and got a ticket for that too. Have never had either of these things happen at 4 other houses we have rented on the island. Need at least 2 rolls of paper towells. One is not enough for 4 days. Lots of mosquitoes around the pool. Wished we had bug spray. Paying for pingpong balls is a little crazy. We didnt have quarters to get them. There are 2 kurig coffee pots and we were given ground coffee and zero pods. Hopefully these tips help the next renters. (bring quarters and paper towells and coffee pods) Bedrooms were good size and clean. Nicely decorated place.
