The amenities exceeded expectations. Perfect for our family because of the location being close to the beach and shopping. The fixtures in home are high end and we look forward to staying there again

Great layout inside and out. It was a bit small for 8 adults since the weather was so cold and windy. We were unable to use outdoor area as much as we planned for living space.

This home was perfect for our week in paradise! The house was very clean and with all the amenities we needed. The pool and backyard were the perfect place for your morning coffee and to relax after a long day at the beach. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay

Island Therapy was wonderful! Great location and had all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable! The outside porch and pool extended our living area and the activities and canal kept our kids having a great time! We loved it!

Perfect north end home

Everything you could want in a Vacation Home! Prefect location. We fished off the dock we enjoyed the pool and the backyard all week. Kitchen was well stopped, and the bedrooms were stunning.

Beautiful home and great location

Island therapy home was perfect! The home was clean, had everything we needed and it was in a great location! Outdoor spaces were superb! We had 4 adults and three kids ages 2-10. One of the best places we have stayed!

Good Therapy

It’s a great property! Very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard oasis on the canal and proximity to Bay Side Park. The staff were very accommodating when we had a glitch with the alarm and the TV.

Lovely house and location

Wonderful house except for door alarm which fell off wall 3 times. We enjoyed the back yard and patio very much.

We loved the house! We brought our boat and were disappointed we couldn’t leave it in the driveway until check-in time as it’s very difficult to maneuver around the island on a very busy Saturday pulling a boat.

We had an excellent stay at this nice home in AMI. The house was very clean, both inside and out, and the location was perfect for our last-minute family trip. While smaller than some of the larger VRBOs we've rented on AMI, the well-designed backyard offered privacy and was a highlight of our stay. The rental team was professional and a pleasure to work with. The only minor note is that parking is tight, accommodating two cars and two golf carts. If you're charging a cart, bring two charging cords or a 100ft extension cord to reach the driveway. Overall, we highly recommend this home

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES!

We had an excellent time at Island Therapy! This house was the perfect home base to explore Anna Maria Island! The landscaping was maintained like a beautiful park with the night lights making the backyard almost magical! Close to Bean Point, great restaurants and a convenient beach side park for the kids just a block away at Bayfront Park. Loved fishing off their boat dock, house was incredibly CLEAN, comfortable, updated, fun games and provided everything we needed and more! Thank you!

Cherished Memories Made at a Hidden Gem

After having our rental property cancelled two weeks prior to our arrival by its owner, we were overjoyed to find Island Therapy! The home was pristine with too many wonderful details to list. Having 4 king size beds is a rarity...in addition to having two attached bathrooms. The pool and yard were an oasis! We had an ongoing corn hole game with friends during our stay. This house is a hidden gem. We will be back!

Loved the House

This is the first time we have rented a house by the point of Anna Maria Island. Always rented a house at Holmes Beach. We loved being at the upper end of the island. Great access to Bean Point which has amazing beaches. Sunset was spectacular!! The house was great with 4 king size beds, loved the pool and patio with the outside T.V. Also enjoyed the canal in the backyard. The pool could if had floating noodles which we had to go and buy ourselves. The pool heater was not working our first week But when I called we received prompt attention. Would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing Home!

What a fabulous week we had at this home on Anna Maria Island. The home is clean, fresh (love the colors and decorations!) and in a very quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our family - loved that each room has a king bed and tv. We sat out in the dock, kayaked the canals (you can have the kayaks delivered right to the house), and cooled off in the pool several times a day. We loved being close to Bean Point Beach and many fun restaurants. Highly recommend the Waterfront Restaurant and Pizza Social. Drive down to the southern part of the island and hit the Daiquiri deck and putt putt next door. There's a Publix nearby - we even grilled out one day. Overall fantastic vacation! Highly recommend this home!

Fantastic

Everything was incredible. So clean. Yard, pool , kitchen, games were so appreciated The alarm on one of the bidets went off in the middle of the night twice. We figured it out on our own. We notified the management company and they sent someone the next day who entered tenths house without being notified ahead of time and scared the teenaged girls who were there without adults. The repair man entered her bedroom We also had 2 pool people come on consecutive days treating the pool during the day and we were unable to use it for 2 hours each day. We told the second guy that someone had been there the day before and he had no idea who that was. Made us nervous that someone was casing the house
