This was our second time staying here. The walking distance to the beach and shopping is hard to beat. The house had everything we needed. 3 rolls of TP, paper towel, dish soap, hand soap, beach towels, etc. Also, the pool was heated with floats and toys. We’ll definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful time! This apartment was very clean and looked to be recently updated. We enjoyed to walking to breakfast everyday. I really appreciated that they had an area full of bicycles, beach chairs, beach and pool toys for the guests to use. We met Wanda who manages the property and Francine the housekeeper. Both were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

The unit was absolutely darling refurbished after the hurricane. A block and a half from the Gulf of Mexico. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Bikes, chairs and beach toys were available for free. There were wagons to put things in to the beach. The process of making reservations was easy. Emails were welcoming and polite. The cleaning lady was friendly and polite. Excellent place to stay. We would definitely come back to with Fran Maxon Real Estate.

Peaceful and beautiful

What a lovely property. We were able to walk onto the beach in a minute and really enjoyed it. The rooms were exactly as pictured online and looked like new. Full kitchen with all the equipment needed to cook meals if you want to. We grilled steaks and shrimp one night. I would recommend this to anyone wanting that quiet getaway at the beach. Landscaping varies around town. This property was beautiful

Amazing! Will be coming back!

First time in AMI and it was nothing short of amazing! This cottage is so cute. We celebrated our babymoon and it was perfect location. Close by to shops, restaurants, coffee and the beach! The beach access nearby is gorgeous and not crowded. It was so wonderful. Having the ability to take a dip in the pool after the beach was so refreshing. We will definitely come back with our baby next year!

Short walk to the beach!

We had so much fun staying at Anna Maria Brach Cottages. We walked everywhere for dinner. And the beach was just a short walk away. We can’t wait to visit Anna Maria Island again!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay here! The perfect location by the beach & perfect size for just us 2. We were pleasantly surprised and excited by the recent remodel! We did have issues with the air conditioning the first day, but as soon as we told management, they came over and fixed it within 30 minutes!
