Luxury hotel. Nice rooms. Lot of facilities like pool and Hanam. The breakfast is European but also Turkish. Ankara is not the most interesting city. There is a mausoleum where the founder of Turkey Ataturk is buried. Then there is the citadel. There are a few museums. But there are a lot of restaurants
the rooms of this hotel is so clean. with good personnels you can settle easily. The size of rooms at french bed´s rooms is suitable. But some rooms with separate beds are small. Overall the size of rooms is good. The breakfast is almost detailed. So good. Of course i have not at lobby during the day. But this hotel is so calm.
Beautiful and luxury area, kind and helpful stuff, high cleaning. Very good price , spa , massage , clean and calmed pool . I suggested like a resort for getting energy and relaxing when we come back to work .

Open since 2006,excellent service, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, well known chain hotel in all over the world with its perfect swiss plain design. No parking problem also free of charge, perfect spa in Ankara and feel yourself in your home
I spent one night in Swissotel Ankara during my business trip . Hotel is clean and well decorated, I liked my room. Spa center is fabulous, especially Turkish bath. Breakfast bar was good but could be better, not so much choices! The hotel is in quite location and you can't find something especially around.
We stay at swissotel for 3nights,it was awsome.lovely rooms, kind staffs, comfortable situation in all matters you think. Over 300tv channels are available on your room, the bath&toilet was very clean. You can enjoy from perfect breakfast bar in morning, every thing was fresh, yummy and delicious. you can find every thing you need around the hotel, whatever the region is very quiet and you can have nice time
All the staff at this well placed hotel in Ankara makes you feel very welcome - from the security at the door, to the receptionists, the waiters and the housekeeping staff. The spa facilities are excellent, and having a true Turkish hamam experience while in country should be on all visitor's lists. The lighting in the spa area made you almost feel that you were outside, and definitely far from the 3 storeys below ground.
Lunch at Swissotel. We spent 6 weeks there 2 years back when we moved to Ankara whilst flat-hunting, and still live within walking distance. We still visit occasionally for a weekend treat, lunch or brunch. I visited with my wife for Saturday lunch. We were offered a bottle of Pellegrino without asking which we declined. Neither of us wanted water, and there was no mention nor indication of what it might cost – though inevitably extremely marked up in a place like that– and we simply didn’t wish for water. My wife ordered a squid rings appetiser and a steak sandwich. I ordered seafood soup and a steak sandwich. Her squid and steak sandwich arrived together. No food for me at that time. The waiter filled our water glasses from an unbranded bottle, without asking, and the remaining half-bottle bottle was not left on the table. We didn’t need it, presumed it was free, so no problem, I thought. Still no food yet for me, I thought maybe my soup was taking time. So I had some of my wife’s appetiser, and also accepted half of her sandwich. I was eating on that and the waiter re-appeared. I told him my sandwich hadn’t arrived. We were the only diners in there, so not over-busy, far from it. Cut a long story short, it then arrived about 15+ minutes later, during which we had no further food to eat; clearly it wasn’t on our original order. And I never got my soup appetiser. A shame, as I had been looking forward to that. The bill arrived; the anonymous water we didn’t want, nor had asked for, nor drunk, was on the bill at TL14 [both 3.8 in either Euro or US$]. So, all in all quite a disaster for a simple meal in a place we thought we knew well. I also deeply begrudge being served things like the water that I haven’t ordered, nor been pre-warned are chargeable, nor consumed, and yet find charged on the bill.
I stayed here for three nights and found the staff and facilities to be first class. The hotel is found in a quiet part of Ankara however a number of shops and restaurants can be found within walking distance of the hotel. I would recommend the pool and Hammam- well worth a visit.
