The staff is totally unfriendly, rood & behaviour, the service & facilities are very poor, the housekeeping is not cleaning the room everyday, serving EXPIRED food at the dining in the breakfast, dirty dishes at the dining .... & much more !!

Excellent!!

Overall the Boutique Hotel was amazing. The layout and style of the room was perfect and the facilities were asking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in Ankara.

Shortstay in Ankara to arrange passport in enbassy

Good small hotel. Rooms clever design. Nice building. Very clean everywhere. Restaurant is an option. We eat there first evening, it was ok. But they are not really fit to run restoring, not used too. Breakfast ok, as home, but very large choise. But fresh food, and tasty. Tranfert to airport was ok, cheaper then a taxi despite they took the highway. Next time we will be in Ankara, we will book again.

Room had not been cleaned, no soap in dispencers, shower one broken, mini bar but no bottle opener. No spa facilities broken, staff woke us up at 5am in towel room next door. poor lighting as room paint was black. when mentioned this to staff, they were rude and it was my fault for not telling them before I realised I needed a shower, then a beer and turn lights on at night, and next day to use spa. The idea is to relax not check my room and facilities and then complain. no way is this hotel 8.1 rating !!!

I stayed for a business trip and is was excellent as a base for the trip. It was clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok, selection was reasonably wide.

I stayed for 2 nights as I had business at the nearby TV station. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was ample and it was located in a nice quiet area, yet only 5 minutes drive from central Ankara. Service was decent but unobtrusive and effective.
