Very close to Train station- easy to get to. People were very nice, helpful, and caring. Like most hotels, in the shower areas- the corners have built up moldy spots... but nothing more than other hotels. Breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful and kind. I would stay there again when I return to Ankara without a doubt.

This hotel is not 4 star at all. I stayed there 5 nights with my bother who is handicaps All sheets are torn and towels are old, refrigerators in both room didn't work and I needs them for medication, but worse than every things was LICE in the bed. Last night I found bed bug in our bed and maneger reaction was why right away at 5 a.m didn't check out and you had breakfast!!! She was so rude and didn't say sorry. She was worry about why we had breakfast while wait for she arrived. I closed my eyes on many things from first night because moving is hard for my brother but bedbug!!! Owner or Maneger is very rude and shevwas shouting at me. That was the worse experience. Sorry for Expedia tibhave this hitel on the list. Should I trust it?

İlk kez kaldım. Oda büyüklüğü ve kullanım alanı yeterli. Mobilyalar ve banyo yeni. Havlu ve çarşaflar temizdi. Odada çay ve nescafe ikramı bulunuyor. Banyoda Şampuan, duş jeli ve saç kremi mevcut. Ayrıca dolap içinde tek kullanımlık terlik, ayakkabı süngeri var. Kahvaltı çeşidi fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Kovid sebebiyle akşam yemeği vermiyorlar ancak dışarıdan yemek söylemek için yardımcı oldular. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Ankara içi ücretsiz otopark olması bir artı değer. Ankara seyahatlerinde tekrar kalacağım.
