This hotel is a dump. The pictures shown on Expedia are photoshopped. The entire hotel room was filthy. Stayed one night and I think we even got bit by bedbugs. Disgusting.

This is somehow a designer hotel, with great and awesome amenities, BUT the hotel is super super dirty. Staff don’t speak english which is fine but they are rude and really don’t care about your experience you will have here. Again they have a beautiful roof top which they serve the breakfast with panoramic view of the whole city but if you are not good at dodgeball don’t go there. While you are getting your breakfast plate and walking to your table literally you have to move around and try to miss the drips, falling from the ceiling. They have the kitchen in the same place and while they are cooking you can see all the moisture on the ceiling and they falling on your head, table, plate and everywhere. The food they are serving has very low quality. The sheets, pillowcases, and the blanket all were super dirty, I had a suite with a sofa which you could see the dirty spot all over it, the room that I was staying in had windows all around it with great view but what is the point when you can’t even walk around and sit on the couch. I am a architect and I can tell overall the owner did a great job preparing this hotel for Ankara visitors BUT is the management that can’t handle such a great hotel with great amenities. I checked out one day earlier because I couldn’t stay in such a dirty hotel. I asked for refund for the night that I did not stay and they said “you can get the refund from the place you got the hotel from”. I took pictures of all the dirty spot, so i can post them.

Avoid!!

Please avoid this hotel if possible. It's filthy, smell smoking all over the place. Bathroom unexpectedly dirty, towels are not in useable conditions and guess what we had a cockroach in the bathroom!! We only managed to stay a few hours. After a very long journey following our flight was delayed, we were at the hotel midnight around 3:30 am and couldn't sleep all night and checked out even though we had booked for 4nights! Luckily found another placed to stay but in higher price obviously..I don't think this hotel is a good standard hotel to be advertised on this website at all!

Before check out reception call many time to ask us that when we will check out.they bother us alot. The woman who was cleaning came and open the door without permission even she knew that I was in the room and I don't want her to clean at this day because I just want to sleep witthout somebody bothering me.I felt there's no privaty. Also the room really had bad smell and hadn't clean bed.
