Overall good experience. The staff are uneven in their capacity to provide service—many are very timid and not capable of proactively troubleshooting. With that said, it’s quite a nice facility and the staff are nice and doing their best. The room was quiet and clean. The bed comfortable and there were a good selection of pillows. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water daily. The breakfast bar was amazing but very pricey when I just eat a small breakfast now. For those looking for a full meal, you will be very pleased with the spread. The pool was very nice—the water was a bit cold but it was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and the staff helpful for the most part. We had a small glitch getting to the Kış Bahçesi - none of the staff gave us proper directions but other than that things were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the lounge area was spacious and comfortable. I invited a friend and her daughter to come swim—a bit expensive but totally worth it for the little girl to swim. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay stay.

The hotel was an ok stay. Very central and close to everything. Service was definitely amazing, however a couple of things not so great. Lots of stains on the carpet and furniture in the rooms which makes it feel a bit dirty. Breakfast was also way over priced... over $50 dollars (AUD) each for a buffet that had very little options and everything was cold. Absolutely terrible. We ended up going down the street for breakfast the next morning for less than half the price and was delicious food and coffee.
