This hotel should be proud of its employees. They are so polite and are always ready to respond to our requests. It seems that they are managed by an outstanding general manager. The food is also very good.
Even though I dont like Ankara as a city, I did like the view over the city from the 10th floor. Lovely room and nice staff. Unfortunately they were renovating downstairs, so there was no bar. The breakfast was good.
To write about a hotel with good location, clean rooms, and good service is a think what you really expect when you travel. But this hotel is much above expectations. They intend to have loyal and satisfied costumers, and they do it in a perfect way. Mentioning Eren Gök shift manager and his co-workers, they are ready to make that additional extra step (even an extra mile) for having satisfied guests. My best hotel experience ever, and I've gained back my faith in Carlson Group. If you look for a hotel in Ankara, you don't need to look further, this is the right place for you. (Also, the airport bus stops right at the hotel, and the metro station is also "under" the hotel, literary) :)
While on a business trip, this is very easy access… Staff was very friendly. Thr rooms are very good, not so big but well fitted. The breakfast is amazing, you could spend two hours there and then go back to relax in your room! Very easy to get taxis. They also have a great barber shop!
A central location, clean room, included fridge, included WiFi and nice breakfast selection were the reasons I booked with Radisson Blu, and they have consistently met my expectations. We stayed 3 nights on weekend, great service at the hotel, the staff was very helpfull and courteous. I would really recommend this hotel.
We went to ankara for buisinness trip. Did not have much time to see arround.. Dine in few restaurants with Turkish partners which was quite nice but no different then anywhere in Europe .. But last 2 nights to tired to go somewhere so stayed at hotel and had a dinner. Lots of options and went for traditional food.. My god amazing, fresh and so tasty .. Next time dine in the hotel drinks outside only..
We have been staying at the Radisson Blue Ankara already a few times for business and with the family and have never been disappointed. The hotel staff is always smiling, volunteering to help and takes care of any request efficiently. The rooms are impeccable, we were delighted to stay in a suite which was just perfect for our family of four and had an incredible view on the Ankara, Anitkabir . The hotel has a fantastic choice of restaurants. We ate at the coffee shop restaurant, amazing breakfast better then Sheraton Ankara Breakfast, the food was outstanding, a great dining experience with superb service. We got taken care of really well by Ugur Gomec Ex Chef who was absolutely phenomenal with our kids, who adored her. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ankara. This is great for families as well as business travelers and tourists who are looking for a international hotel experience. Definitely #1 on my list of AK hotels.
Right across from the big park in the middle of the city. My room was on the 7th floor facing the park and it was a great view from the room. The room was comfortable, not very big but it had what I needed and everything was very clean. There are a lot of cafes across the street in the park, but you may be in longer walking distance to more sit down restaurants. Easy walking distance to the old city and the roman baths. Youll have a long hike if you want to walk to the Ataturk memorial. Most of the staff spoke English or at least were able to communicate with me. They will also hold your luggage in reception if you need to check out but aren’t ready to leave yet. Front desk easily extended my check out an extra hour when I asked.
Small rooms, small shower (you have to be fit to fit in the shower), small bath room, small open hanger for the clothes but a large screen TV. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, AC works fine. Free wi-fi is easy to connect and fast to surf on internet.
Very easy access, city center, very closed to Anitkabir and Anka Mall. Excellent services, excellent location, helpful staff... Easy access to public transportation. Non-smoking floors are available. Family rooms are available.
