worse hotel in Ankara

Rooms very dirty and cold when we ask the manager to turn on the heater he refused and said no!!! Internet did not work. The water was cutoff from midnight till 5am.we saw LOTS of cockroaches in the room and bathroom. we want our money back.

Please know I am writing this list so the next guest doesn’t have to go through this. This really is a beautiful hotel , but I think it is under staff and nor maintain well. I 1- there is no internet connection 2-the toilet does not flush well 3-the air conditioning does not work well 4-the is no scree on window, the room gets full with mosquitoes 5-the television has no reception 6-the room has a foul smell, it is dusty, and the bathroom sink leaks under. 7- the lights in the room does not work well 8- the windows are dirty

Good experience

Very good and comfort hotel. except some bad smell and low light in rooms. breakfast is included and free tea and mineral water.in addition it is near to the main road and bus station from the airport.
