We only stayed one night and it was more than fine for our purpose. This is an older hotel that needs updating but it was clean and in a good location. We rented a connected double room with kitchen but kitchen cabinets were completely empty with not even glasses or basic silverware provided (in case you were expecting any for longer stays)

Nice location and quality service and amenities. They didn't have a restaurant for meals other than breakfast, which is no problem of course. Also, it is pet friendly, which is great news for us.

Comfortable stay when traveling with family

I was traveling with my family, my husband, mom and my brother. We didn't want to stay in individual hotel rooms, so we picked Apart Best Hotel. We were greeted very nicely by the staff. We were given two apartment suites, one had a bathroom and a bedroom, and another apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, living room and a kitchen. It was plenty of space and felt homey. The beds were a little bit hard and the decor was dated, but overall it was a comfortable stay.

Truly the Best

The NICEST staff I’ve ever met. They all seemed to really enjoy their job to make our stay the best possible. They were so accommodating and went out of their way to make us happy. The beds were perfectly comfortable, the room was clean, and it had an incredible view from only the first floor. We stayed in the standard room and were absolutely delighted with everything. We would come back there again.

There was a swimming pool, accessible at all times of the day. AC wasnt the best, but functional, especially due to the fact that once the key is removed, power cuts shortly after. I guess that affects the AC effectiveness. Staff were ultra friendly, ice cubes provided to the room when needed, taxi can be organized at the reception. Breakfast served 6:3-10:30, allowing lay-ins. Not much variety in breakfast if you stay a week (as I did). Didnt have any other meals in the hotel, so cant advise on those. Daily roomkeeping as you'd expect in the hotel. They have toiletries in the room (razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste) in case you forgot your own, but are charged (minimal/acceptable fee). The hotel is about 20mins by cab from Kizilay, which was relatively convenient (25TKL). Carrefour and other convenience stores are 3mins walk away from the hotel. Pubs and shisha cafe's also nearby, probably 5 mins away.

The room is not very clean. Ventilation is terrible, we could smell smoke of other rooms all the time and no non-smoking floors. Wifi was terrible. There nothing in the room, not even water or toothbrush, they would charge extra for anything.
