Serviço excelente. Local é belíssimo. Acomodações confortáveis.
Único problema é o acesso, a entrada é bem escondida e a subida e bem ingrime com curvas bem fechadas. Tirando isso, todo o resto e excelente.

Si buscas descansar y relajarte, definitivamente este NO ES EL LUGAR! Horrible experiencia! Gran decepción tras mi reciente estancia, la cual se vió afectada por varios inconvenientes
La principal razón por la que seleccioné el hotel fue por la promesa de acceso a Internet disponible tanto en las habitaciones como en las áreas comunes. Desafortunadamente, me encontré completamente incapaz de conectarme a la red en cualquier parte del establecimiento durante mi estadía. A pesar de los inservibles esfuerzos del personal por que nunca hicieron nada, la situación jamas se resolvió, lo cual fue particularmente problemático dado que mi trabajo depende de una conexión a Internet constante.
por otro lado, aun cuando llegamos tarde, mi habitación no estaba bien preparada. Me topé con ropa de cama y almohadas sucias, con olor desagradable a sudor. Aunque solicité cambio, algunos de los reemplazos no parecían estar limpios, tampoco había shampo,sin olvidar que el lugar no es nada de lo que te muestran en fotos, está sucio y muy descuidado. La pileta y el jacuzzi de adorno, sucio, con agua amarilla y frio, sin poderse usar. Ruidos de personas corriendo a altas horas de la noche. Lo único bueno de todo el lugar fue el desayuno, las chicas muy amables y muy rico. Sin embargo el Sr Rafael, no supo realmente resolver las problemáticas. Les recomiendo también NO ACEPTAR sus recomendaciones de transporte o tours, son 3 veces más caras de lo que realmente son, me pareció un completo abuso.
