The fridge has a very foul odor. The beddings have stain on them. The sofa’s upholstery seems really dirty. Then at check-out we had to wait for quite a time because the room has still to be checked when we called before hand that we will be checking out. Not sarisfied at all with our experience.
Very deceiving on the internet regarding this hotel. The room is cheaply furnished and don't eat the food. However the service and employees are wonderful. I just it was what the owners advertise it to be. I probably wouldn't stay there again simply because I know there are better hotels in the area.
Impressive and attractive hotel! Met by a very friendly and professional staff upon arrival! From the staff at the entrance of the hotel to the lobby and those we met along the way to the room! Only one thing, I wished the lighting in the bathroom was brighter to use mirror when placing makeup! But overall, Very satisfied and we highly recommend Xenia hotel as a place to stay!!!!
