Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Anderson retreat. This welcoming house features 3 king beds. With 3.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun ! Deep water dock(Owner keeps boat in slip) 11 miles from Clemson. Office area available for privacy. 3 level home with a bedroom on each floor. Each bedroom offers a king bed, private bath and lots of closet space. Lower level has an additional refrigerator, sink, and living area with a futon. There are air mattresses provided for additional sleeping area. 2 garages for use. The steep grade to lake offers a paved path. Hand held utility wagon for use in garage for going to the dock and back.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Nice property, with spacious rooms. Nice decks overlooking woods. Owners were very reponsive to communications. We couldn't find utensils for grill and they had new ones within a few hours. Whole family said they would definitely stay there again.

Humming Bird Hideway at the lake

Very convient to Clemson! Our visit was based around Graduation , so this was very important to us and our student. House nicely tucked away in nature. Saw the Humming birds and chipmunks. Very peaceful.

We truly enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving at this property. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and the house had everything we needed for a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Thank you for letting us stay!

Beautiful view of lake Hartwell

We had a great time, it was really convenient that each bedroom had its own floor and bathroom. The location is close to a grocery store and different places to eat (I would recommend Guy’s Pizza). The best part was the view from the dock, it was stunning. The water is super deep (we could dive in) and the dock was really well kept. I will note the walk down to the dock is on the steeper side, the path is paved and they provide a cart. We will definitely be staying here again.
