Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Anderson retreat. This welcoming house features 3 king beds. With 3.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun ! Deep water dock(Owner keeps boat in slip) 11 miles from Clemson. Office area available for privacy. 3 level home with a bedroom on each floor. Each bedroom offers a king bed, private bath and lots of closet space. Lower level has an additional refrigerator, sink, and living area with a futon. There are air mattresses provided for additional sleeping area. 2 garages for use. The steep grade to lake offers a paved path. Hand held utility wagon for use in garage for going to the dock and back.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
