The first room I was put in the carpet was disgusting (stains everywhere) & wet. They gave me a new room with solid floors. But there was no body wash in the container on the shower wall. I asked the housekeeper for some but they didn't understand me. After I got some body wash I told them not to clean my room & left there were no door hangers on my door & I was staying multiple days. I left for an hour & when I came back they were in my room cleaning. The worst part is that I looked for a room in Redding. I was extremely frustrated with not being in Redding. The app is very sneaky & has done this before I hate it. If I wanted to stay in Anderson I would have typed in Anderson.

the staff was excellent we at age 83 were on the second floor with no elevator and the gal on the desk offered to carry things up for us. Microwave didn't work well the shelf would hit a glitch and send things flying. The toilet overflowed.

The Baymont has become our family's go to stop/stay on our way to Oregon. We've come to expect clean rooms and great service. Our last stay fell a little short only because our cable had been disconnected, maybe by the previous guest, and when we asked the front desk about our TV not working we were instructed to wait it out as it was most likely due to the weather. We were too tired to really put more energy into it. In the morning, we took it upon ourselves to check the connections behind the TV and found the cable disconnected. We reconnected and issue resolved! Other than this small TV issue, I would still recommend staying here to anyone traveling.

Room was clean and well set up. Liked the tv. Staff was top notch too. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, although the jets in the tub could have been a bit stronger for my taste. The only room deficiency was the lack of counter space for my standard size shaving kit. Will stay again!
