The hotel was dirty and had a foul smell in the hallway. Room was okay but the carpet had large stains. Upon arrival, I felt very unsafe and and the front desk personnel were very unfriendly. The two employees were arguing.
The staff was friendly. However the property was dirty trash dumped in the hallways, the floors in the walkways were dirty and grimmie looking. When I asked for utensils, they didn't have any. My room was decent, the door handles could have been wiped down. I wouldn't stay at this property again. I hope they get it together and do a better job of cleaning the place in the future.

The AC was not working. There was no glasses of any kind making it difficult to take my medication. No hair dryer either. No coffee machine.
The check in person was super. The first room was dirty with floors Sticky and towels dirty. Check in person was so helpful and gave us a different room. Which was much appreciated.
Staff was kind. The clientele staying at the same time were loud and messy. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel but i didnt enjoy the other people staying there also.

I dont normally review places but this place is a hot mess. My room temp sas set at 71 but it was 82, no hot water what so ever, ant the phone didnt work to call the front desk.
Disappointing
Fridge was dirty, couch well over used and terrible sheets.
Very nice. Clean and great staff. I would stay here again and reccommend anybody to do so. Extremely easy highway access.
My daughter is Deaf, we were extremely disappointed that the closed-captioning did not work in the hotel. They promised a maintenance man who never showed up. The front desk staff was kind, but they had no idea how to turn on the captions. They checked other rooms, but the captions were not working. I believe it has to do with their cable setup at the hotel, because we have had thirty plus years of experience with closed-captions. This would be a big turn off for any Deaf guest. We spend time in Anchorage every year, next time we will use another hotel.
Very polite staff. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Quiet. We'll stay there again.
We are going 6 months into Covid-19. There has been time to change your description on line of services offered like breakfast. Which was the main reason we stayed. Night checkin front desk girl was rude and more worried about smoking then helping people checkin. Would not recommend this place until changes has happened. Oh and front desk girl also made it very clear charges would be made to my credit card and called if we didn’t take our own garbage out.
