Friendly staff made it a very nice visit!! The room was nice and cozy! Bed was very comfortable which made me sleep like a baby.

Locked bathroom near lobby due to homeless sleeping in them, staff wasn't helpful and not professional. ROOM was dirty behind the couch. Bed is hard and sink drained slowly.

The bathroom fan was not working. I could hear loud noises from the room below me. Besides that the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Checked in and the room looks good. However after I turned over the bed sheets to get in bed there were sand on the sheets. Also discovered one of the pillow case has been stained with blood. they gave me new sheets to change the linens.

Room was ready on time. Staff was courteous. Located in the middle of Anchorage.

Nice to have the kitchenette, but it wasn't stocked at all. Not even a coffee maker. Noise from surrounding rooms was a problem- walls were very thin. Old building, squeaky floors, needs an update. Staff very nice.

Staff is always very nice. Great location for local Alaskans making Anchorage runs.

Always perfect accommodations when I stay here Love the amenities and complementary breakfast

Yes, we had a comfortable stay, not bad for the summer rates.

Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Very quiet and nice place to relax.

It's a clean place with decent staff. I stay here every time I'm in town.

Decent hotel for a good night sleep, convenient location in Anchorage

Nothing really to write home about! Over all it was cinfy

asked for non-smoking, but the room smelled like cigs noisy with party types unsavory types hanging out

The hotel was close to everything. Great location for not being downtown.

I loved it and I'd do it again and my kids loved it also I couldn't have asked for anything more

I wasn't expecting too much from this hotel with the price and the rating. It may not have the trimmings of a 4/5 star, but it offers space, comfort and good sturdy amenities both in the room and throughout the hotel.

The rooms are only cleaned and beds made once a week, but you can exchange towels and bedding at the counter and get re supplies of cleanex, toilet paper, soap, etc. They also have facilities for washing and drying your clothing. Parking is outside the building. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at this hotel quite late, though I had stated when booking that we had a late arriving flight and would b well after the normal influx of people staying the night. When we arrived at the hotel, no one was at the front desk, however we could HEAR the staff member having a loud personal conversation on the telephone behind a closed door. There was no bell to ring for service so i knocked loudly on the front desk, as well as loudly said "Hello?" several times. After more than five minutes of no response, I called the customer service line and was connected to the very staff member who just then decided that it was time to help us. We were given keys to a handicapped, smoking room where everything reeked, where as I had specified when booking that I would like a non-smoking room. I had no idea smoking rooms still existed. The bathroom was... strange to say the least and not stocked with your normal amenity of shampoo and lotion/ or conditioner. I believe there was a single bar of soap. The towels were extra scratchy and the shower, being for handicapped people, was just a huge open space with a plastic chair in it. it felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room that goes for over $150 a night. Not being able to sleep, due to the overpowering smell, I did use the exercise room where the elliptical machine was clearly broken but no sign had been attached to it. It made a sound that somehow made me feel like I had just heard a bus collide with a train at full speed every cycle. The treadmill was fine, as was the stationary bike, though the handle to change the height of the seat was not working. The continental breakfast was paltry. It consisted of a few vats of coffee and oatmeal packets, packaged small muffins and oranges. If you expect even modest comfort when staying in a hotel, I would recommend you book elsewhere as paying $10 more to not feel like you have been imprisoned would be well worth it, unless of course you would like to know how a minimum security prison feels.

Check in was EZ. Lady at the desk was nice. WIFI worked well. They offer you the choice to use Free WIFI or to pay for an upgrade if you need a more robust internet experience. Newly remodeled. The room was attractive, Nice kitchen, Nice LARGE bathroom. Decent water pressure, better than many hotels I've been to. I was surprised tho by the stains all over the cushions on the couch and the mattress on the king sized bed was one of the most UNCOMFORTABLE I have ever slept on.. I actually ended up sleeping the rest of the night on that dirty couch because the bed made my back hurt so much.. Maybe some people LIKE a firm mattress. For me, NO, I will not be returning.
