Our door keys wouldn't work, so the solution we were presented with was that the repairman made the door completely unlatchable and unlockable! It opened by simply pushing it open! We were told, just flip the locker thingy at the top of the door, no one will get in, and we will be watching on the cameras. No, it was not an acceptable solution. The beds were okay, the place was clean, but it is just crazy to not have a door that locks and latches. We will not stay there again.

The hotel does not rent to Local Anchorage residents. This need to be disclosed up front on orbitz..IT is not listed anywhere. My family got done with a busy night and arrived at 10pm to find out they would not rent to us. We had to get the room refunded, which Orbitz did do, and then had to find another room. It was a long night going into another busy day.

Clean room. Spacious with everything in working order. Exactly as pictured. Bed was comfortable. Loved the free breakfast and parking. Good choices for both hot and cold items. Property well-lit and maintained. Safe, secure area just 2 miles from airport. I highly recommend choosing this hotel. I would definitely stay here again myself.

Great hotel with a convenient location near the airport. They picked us up at 10 pm with their 24 hour shuttle service. She was friendly and professional. Our suite was great. It wasn't very big but fit the 5 of us fine for a night. The heater worked quietly. The shower was fantastic with good pressure. Pillows were good. The bed was a little firm for me, but I slept well and didn't wake up sore. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of items, both cooked and ready to make like waffles and oatmeal. Also, standard hotel breakfast foods like cereal and yogurt.
