My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. The heated floors in the living room was so appreciated with our single digit and minus temps after coming in from outside. . This was a great house for my family of 6. We really enjoyed the location, views, and hot tub. We could easily walk to the main area of Girdwood. There was plenty of space for all of us to hang out in the living room area. Overall a great and easy stay.

Girdwood Alyeska Ski Trip

Location was good, 2 minutes to town, 4 minutes to ski area! Hot tub with a view of the slopes was awesome! The woodwork and craftsmanship of the home was fantastic! The place could probably use a fresh coat of paint and updated floor coverings where applicable, but otherwise it was great!!!

The house was nice and clean and warm. There is plenty of space to spread out in the main bedroom downstairs. The reason why this is four stars and not five is because the hot tub did not heat up, which is one of the main reasons we booked this house and the TV was difficult to figure out.

If you enjoy a vacation property that doesn’t provide a clean hot tub, has a rodent problem, and includes a property manager who doesn’t respond, you’re in luck, this rental is for you!When we arrived, the hot tub was in unusable condition. The water color and strong odor suggested it had not been properly maintained and did not appear sanitary or safe to use. We contacted the property manager to report the issue, but nothing was done during our stay to address or improve the condition of the hot tub.In addition, we encountered two dead mice in the property during our stay, which was concerning.While the craftsmanship and woodwork inside the unit are excellent, the maintenance issues and lack of response from the property manager outweighed those positives. If we return to the area, we would choose a different property.
