Very poor customer service. Realized after completing booking I entered the wrong date. Contacted the hotel to adjust and they refused to change date of reservation or refund the credit. I can't speak to the facilities or amenities as we stayed at the Desert Palms due to poor customer service we received. I can say from the outside the Desert Palms appears to be a much nicer hotel and is definitely more accommodating.

Everything was clean and close by and staff was nice

Wasn't able to make it because of flight cancellations due to weather. Staff was completely unhelpful with our circumstances. Will not be rescheduling our stay here.

Nearness to Disneyland, it was within easy walking distance.

love that it is literally across the street to the Disneyland Pedestrian walkway.

N/A did not stay, but discussed with staff travel plan issues and met with minimal help or advisement

The property was clean and convenient to Disneyland.

Accessible for everything and staff very considerate and helpfu

The front desk were very kind and we forgot a bottle opener. Although they did not have what we needed they recommended a shop right next door that did have it. Thank you for that ! Also this is a good stop for a daily visit to Disneyland as it’s extremely close after spending 11 hours at the park. Indoor pool and spa also looked very enticing but we didn’t use. Denny’s is literally right next door and convenient for late night pick me up. I recommend ordering online and within 15-20 minutes it was done. If closeness is important to you then this is it. Don’t expect a nice view it’s just location and its nice staff plus above average rooms.

We have stayed here many times. The price is great for the fantastic selection of room sizes, especially for large families. Where they fall short is with the very simple breakfast selection, and with the very hard, uncomfortable beds. After long days of walking through Disneyland, the beds just don't provide the comfort we needed. The walls, ceilings and windows are thin and don't provide much soundproofing. We were on the second floor and noise from cars in the parking lot and next door were so loud we thought the windows were open. The room and facility were clean, and the mini fridge was large, so that was nice.

Nice hotel only a walk away from the Disneyland entrance.

I bring a group of Japanese students to the USA twice or more a year. We have stayed in various hotels and motels over the years and I can say I like Desert Inn the best. It is directly across the street from the entrance of Disneyland. Also, it has breakfast so you do not have to waste 1-2 hours eating at a restaurant before going into Disney.

This hotel covered our basic needs for a place to stay if you’re looking for a cheap close place to just sleep at and spend your time in Disneyland.

I was very happy to see that the hotel hadn't jacked up their prices for Memorial Day weekend. I had a impromptu birthday weekend with my girlfriend at Disneyland. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, You didnt break my bank......

Nice, affordable stay. Need better breakfast menu

The hotel is right across from Disneyland which is a big plus for my family and I. The room was clean but did have a little bad odor in the room. Breakfast though was a problem. Just bagels, toast and cereal nothing big. Luckily Denny’s is right next door so we got breakfast from there instead to fill us up.

Booked room more than a week ahead of time at arrival requested a room towards the middle instead given a room towards the end of the facility next to two storage rooms which made a very loud noise it was about 12:30 midnight and that noise finally stopped not good the noise of the cleaning staff began so early taliking so loud and the carts being taken out of those storage rooms. The staff at the front need to be friendly and courteous when I requested the room towards the middle their answer was that they didn't have anything which is not true I checked in at about 10 am I know that people check at by 11 by 3 o'clock when the rooms are available I'm very sure they could have given us a room. Not good

Good, clean, comfortable, close to parks........................

Comfortable place. Great location. Improve the breakfast, please.

Was a nice stay when travel to Disneyland last summer. It is just a steps from main entrance... It includes a continental buffete that helps to kill some travel costs. I wll recomend this hotel with my relatives.
