I stayed in the single room for 3 nights as a solo female traveler looking to explore the museums and dabble in the night life. I had a wonderful time at the Muse. The single room was small, but had all the required amenities including a safe, spotless bathroom with excellent water pressure , a nespresso machine and a minibar with free water and soft drinks. The staff were very courteous as well - Hassan who was working the reception desk when I checked in, was very helpful and went out of his way to help me when some food I ordered got delayed. The location was brilliant as well. It was in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but only a 10 minute walk to the museums, and there's a tram stop with citywide transport links a 2 min walk away. Would 100% stay here again - excellent value for money.

Room was right behind the elevator so I hear it going up or down while trying to sleep then the wall or cabinet would creak maybe from the pull of elevator. Tried the ear plugs but not used to it. Tub is quite a step up or down even for a 6 footer like me.

I have stayed at the Muse Amsterdam many times . I love its location in a lovely quiet street .The area around the hotel is fantastic with cafes, restaurants and shops and walking distance to the best museums of Amsterdam . Tram stop right in front of the hotel . The staff are always friendly and helpful . Feels like home at the Muse Amsterdam!

Pleased to have chosen the Muse for a business trip for the week. Smallish room but fine for a solo business traveller and bed and pillows were among the comfiest I’ve experienced. Decent breakfast. Conveniently central. Nice people. Recommended.

Great staff, very helpful. In an awesome part of town, it was out of the rat race ,very quiet , a team station only 2 minutes away. But the rooms are very small. Great free coffee and tea and compliment drinks in the fridge

We had a great stay here! Very close to museums and not too far of a walk into downtown proper. The only noise we heard from other rooms were their doors as people went in and out; it was totally fine. Staff were wonderful, and Bella the cat tolerates being fawned over by guests very well! 😻
