Staff were all very friendly & had plenty of helpful tips. The room was lovely, large but could probably have done with some drawers for small items of clothing. The only feedback I’d provide on a slightly negative tone is the lovely bar/breakfast/table area had a couple of men who were using it as a work space that was off putting for us to have a casual drink so we left and went elsewhere for a more relaxed drink. It should be designated as a meeting only zone workwise not a work space (there are lots of work spaces across the city to hire for work).

everything was perfect and top-notch. we had an issue with a cancelled flight, called the hotel and were assured we would be taken care of upon arrival. The lobby was a treasure and felt very home-like. excellent coffee, breakfast and a welcome drink. The room was spotless and everything necessary was provided. The desk and lobby staffers were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again sometime.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The lobby area was cozy. The room was spacious enough and super quiet and dark with the curtains pulled. I appreciated the robe and slippers. Bathroom could have used more shelf space and hooks but that is not out of the norm. I loved the rain shower head. It is convenient to the train station but was a bit of a hike to the other tourist areas. Several good restaurants nearby tho
