We chose this hotel partly for shuttle to airport. We made a reservation, when the shuttle arrived a group that was going to a conference all got on the shuttle with standing room only. My husband and I are handicapped and the driver did nothing about the situation, I had to confront the group to get a seat. According to making the reservation there are a set number of sets that was not enforced at all
