Shuttle service is horrible, no signs on the bus, no dedicated spot, leaves earlier or later than should from the hotel, got us in big trouble catching the flight over Atlantic, barely made it. Checkout very slow, only 1 person at reception, manager running around, not helping when required.

Everything Excellent right from shuttle to the room to reception at hotel

No complaints. Comfortable, good sized room; great bed. Quiet despite being an "airport" hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again

Nice decor. Great breakfast. Location is convenient to airport but not downtown

Very nice hotel! Really trendy decor and very conveniently located to the airport making flying out very easy!

Very friendly & helpful staff. Room was big, & I enjoyed the breakfast & airport shuttle.

Nice new hotel. It is about a 12 mins free shuttle ride from the Airport.

The staff was very professional and friendly.  My room was very nice, super clean and very comfortable for my 5 night stay well... except for the room temperature. I was shocked to find that it was 17 euros for parking EACH DAY. I would understand if it was located in downtown Chicago where hotels dont have their own parking lots however it is surrounded by fields and it is clearly just a money grab. I was aware that breakfast wasnt free with my rooms, but i was not expecting it to be so expensive I'm not sure as I only got it once but I think it was about 30 dollars. However I will say that I was very pleased with it. There are no restuarant options within walking distance. The deposit amounts for the rooms were not listed on Orbitz. Well its 50 euros a night per room. That may not seem like much but when you have 4 rooms for 5 nights thats a 1,000 dollar deposit that you weren't planning for. Luckily i am i a position where these I wont say hidden fees but let's say sneaky high cost things didnt effect me, but if it were a few years ago when i was younger travling to Amsterdam with my college friends this could have severely altered my vacation plans. Laundry is a day turn around time  and there is no on site washer and dry available. Housekeeping was super freindly however they tried to come in my room multiple times every single day even when the do not disturb sign was present . The temperature control didnt have any effect on the ac in any of the 4 rooms i had. We calle

New hotel opened only a few weeks ago; staff is friendly and enthusiastic.
