Had to pay a €400 euro deposit for the room as soon as arrived there which we wasn’t aware off, and then when we were leaving out of that €400 they charged us with a €250 euro fine for cleaning fees even though before we left we scrubbed the room clean

Staff was for the most part very courteous, I did expect something in return after showing front desk that the bottle of water from the mini bar fridge that I had been drinking and refilling for 3 days was full of mold inside, I was sick for two days of my trip which led to not visiting some places I would have liked to and left me quite disappointed
