The room was not as nice as the photos suggested. The room had no kettle, fridge or bin. Only option was a paper cup and water from the sink. The kettle and bin in particular felt like basics that were missing.

Ibis had the most welcoming staff throughput our entire stay. Extremely friendly and helpful. There was someone available 24 hours a day for assistance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Ibis to friends and family!

When I first entered the room, the towels were dirty, and there were a couple stains on the bedsheets. It was clear that the cleaning staff did a lazy job preparing the room, which was disappointing. The hotel location was good, and the front desk staff were nice.

The staff initially assigned us a room, but when I went upstairs, it did not have the view I had seen online when I selected the hotel. I went back downstairs and was kindly assisted by Mr. Raoul. I explained my concern, as I had chosen and booked the hotel specifically for its canal view. Mr. Raoul was extremely helpful and graciously changed my room, assuring me that I would love the new one he assigned and he was absolutely right. However, It would have been nice if the hotel had a gym.

Noisy room on the road side so moved to quieter side. Sound insulation inadequate. Hard flooring does not help. As it was freezing outside the room was not heated enough. Room decor good and bed comfortable. Needs facilities to make hot drink in room.
