Location was excellent. This is the main selling point for the hotel. Everything is walkable from there and ideal if you are getting the train at Central. Reception staff are quite grumpy except the younger guy. Room was clean but it was the darkest room I’ve ever stayed in. The room looked on to other rooms so even with the curtains open the room was pitch black. Made it very difficult getting ready, it was like having a couple of lamps on. The beds had a topper on which would slide off in the night. Amenities not great, not even a drinking glass in the room. You did get mugs for tea and coffee which you could refil at reception, this was a nice touch, apart from you had to reuse the same mugs for the duration of the stay. Overall a pleasant stay but would not stay again.

The room is clean. Small but as it is often in Europe. It was close to damn square which we like. They’re not amenities other than body soap. They did not have washcloths. When I see there again – here is a possibility.

Hotel location is excellent right in the center. Staff is very polite and helpfully as well. Room size is decent and was cleaned overall, although washroom wasn't fully cleaned. Complimentary unlimited coffee makes the stay is like cherry on the top.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I absolutely love it here. It’s the best location as there are loads of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. There’s central station 2 min walk away so you can get everywhere. The staff are so polite and friendly and the cleaners are really nice too.
