Great family friendly hotel. Centrally located to many sites, dining, and public transportation. Raymond in the front desk was beyond exceptional and made our stay feel very personalized and welcoming.

There was a bit of an issue when we checked in. We booked two Premier King rooms for three nights and asked for them on the same floor, but we ended up with different floors and the wrong room type. Luckily, Noelier at reception sorted everything out the next day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great spot, right by the canal with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back next time we’re in Amsterdam.

Luxury retreat in perfect location

Great location by the Rembrandtplein. Room was large and modern. Great helpful hotel staff. Excellent breakfast with cook to order eggs. I would definitely stay here again.
