The poor conditions I've faced

I arrived there with a taxi. I asked someone to help me with the luggages upstairs to my room and i had 3 heavy luggages. They asked me to take it myself because they don't have anyone. That was terrible to bring up 3 heavy luggages. I got inside the room the sheets full of hair i was grossed out! And during my stay i left the hotel evening and locked my door 2 clicks and came back and opened up with one click which had me scared that someone came in. I know it wasn't the cleaning man because he came in the morning so i started taking everything expensive with me when i go out and it was a lot of stuff so i couldn't take the stay. Wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
