Escape to this beautiful lakeside waterfront cottage, the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway with family and friends. Located within the private Lake Erie Country Club, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful and scenic setting while still being close to many local attractions and amenities.
The home features three comfortable bedrooms (one queen bed, one double bed, and two single beds) along with two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups.
The bright and welcoming living area offers stunning lake views and includes two comfortable couches, a Smart TV with antenna access, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Complimentary WiFi is also available to keep you connected.
For additional entertainment, enjoy the detached game room featuring a foosball table, dart board, and a variety of board games suitable for guests of all ages.
Step outside and enjoy the beauty of the waterfront. Fire up the grill, relax by the lake, or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking sunsets.
This location also provides convenient access to the many renowned wineries throughout Windsor-Essex County, making it perfect for tastings, tours, and unforgettable day trips. Guests are also just minutes away from excellent restaurants, local attractions, beautiful golf courses, and serene beaches—offering the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
I take great pride in my home and am committed to making every stay enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. I am always available to assist guests with any questions or concerns. Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for security purposes during the off-season and to help determine guest arrival and checkout times. The device is not actively monitored or recording during guest stays in order to respect guest privacy.
A backyard camera is positioned facing the water’s edge to help monitor lake conditions and determine whether guests are swimming from the dock area. The camera is also in place for insurance and liability purposes. Its placement does not interfere with the privacy of the backyard or guest outdoor space, and it is not actively monitored or recording during guest stays.

For safety reasons, ACCESS TO THE WATER FROM THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY IS NOT PERMITTED. The shoreline contains large rocks, sharp objects, and uneven surfaces that may cause serious injury.

Our stay was nothing short of spectacular!! The views on both sides of the house… so much wildlife! The house itself was perfect for our small group for girls weekend wine tasting!! There were extra blankets which was a nice touch to be able to cozy up to the couch with a blanket and look at the lake. We would definitely stay here again if we venture back to Canada!

Perfect waterfront location for our family getaway

We so enjoyed our stay with you! The perfect waterfront location, walk to the beach a few houses down, the pond across the street to see the swans, egrets and geese. On the lake side we enjoyed a couple windy days with great waves and then things calmed to do some fishing.We continue to come back and thank you so much for being such a wonderful host :)

Lake Sawiak Waterfront Haven

This property was great for a weeks get away in the winter. It was still mild enough to get out to local beach areas. It was also nice to be able to have a space big enough to enjoy movies and games together inside at night and when the weather wasn't agreeable to be outside.

Fantastic stay

Beautiful waterfront location with plenty of privacy and amenities. Kitchen is absolutely stunning and Lukascz was very prompt and thorough with all of his communication. Only recommendation would be a slightly less squeaky and more comfortable master bed but otherwise We had no complaints. Would highly recommend!

Great Lakefront Property

Everything you need to sit back and relax. Onlly drawback is the bed in the master bedroom. It wasn't very comfortable for a couple 60 year olds. We like a firm mattress, but this was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Quick Lake Getaway

We enjoyed the house it provided the relaxing atmosphere our family needed before starting the hustle of school and sports. House is beautiful from the moment you step in and view Lake Erie. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the deck right on the water. Our boys enjoyed fishing in the marsh areas down the street and playing in the lake at the nearby beach area. All within a 2 minute walk from the property. Will definitely be back soon.

Lovely cottage

Lovely cottage. Remodelled very well. However, with pets allowed the bedding my grand daughter used had pet hair on it and she is very allergic. This caused some discomfort for her. The BBQ was not used by us as it was dirty. With being at the lake there was spiders snd webs. Wished a broom had been left to clear off chsirs, doorways. Only were give 2 dishwashers tabs and 1 tea towel and dish cloth. Could of used an extra towel and cloth along with tabs.

Lovely view and lakeside deck

We very much enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage. The views of the lake are spectacular and it was so nice to be able to sit out on the deck and watch the water and skies. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I really loved the little coffee/tea nook. There were some minor issues with the property that Lukas was able to deal with in a timely manner. I would certainly stay here again!
