When you enter the duplex, you enter a spacious hallway. The first level of the house features two bedrooms and two baths and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the sun while reading your favorite book.



The Master suite has its private bathroom including with a beautiful walk-in shower and a sinks. The Master bedroom offers a double bed, a big dresser in the hallway and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers also a double bed and air conditioning with a bathroom with shower in the hallway.

We thoroughly loved our stay in the apartment which completely fulfilled our expectations. A great property in an idyllic location. Sliding door to balcony from lounge/dining area difficult to open/close. Extremely bad odour from drain in shower room.

Perfect and peaceful place front the sea.

The awakenings with seaviews, the wide spaces of the apartment and a very complete and useful kitchen. And the pool! The time of leaving. 10 AM es really early considering we must pack all our lugage. the ideal could be 12 or, at least, 11 AM.

Modern appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Ruim modern appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Fijn dat we er iets eerder in konden en iets later eruit. En een fles cava, water en chips is een mooi welkom. Op de slaapkamer beneden op het tweede nachtkastje een lampje zou fijn zijn. In de tweede badkamer hangt het douche gordijn veel te hoog en uit het putje komt continue een vieze lucht, rolluik 2e slaapkamer zou fijn zijn om het ook daar volledig donker te maken. Geen trapleuning, best gevaarlijk, de televisie blijft continue aan, hebben we aangegeven, niemand heeft hierop gereageerd. Schuifpui boven gaat zwaar, twee stoelen voor 4 personen op balkon wat weinig en een lekkere kussens op het houten bankje zou fijn zijn. In de keuken miste we een kunststof snijplank, gebaksvorkjes en grote limonade glazen. Theedoeken en keukenhanddoeken neem ik altijd zelf mee. Er hingen fotolijsten prive, die zou ik zelf niet laten hangen. Begrijp me goed, dit zijn tips, we zijn heel enthousiast en hebben voor volgend jaar weer geboekt. Jammer dat er geen actie code was

Superbe appartement avec vue dans Altea

L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© avec toutes les commoditĂ©s accessibles Ă  pied et le centre de Altea Ă  15mn en longeant la plage. Le logement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, literie trĂšs confortable et la vue incroyable depuis le balcon. TrĂšs apprĂ©ciable d'avoir Ă  dispo des transats de plage, parasols, chaise haute bĂ©bĂ©, etc. Le logement est calme, bien insonorisĂ© et la place de parking est un vrai atout. Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© le suivi de Costa Blanca Dreams en amont du sĂ©jour, les amenities laissĂ©s dans l'appartement pour notre confort et leur souplesse sur l'heure du dĂ©part. La propretĂ© pourrait ĂȘtre encore amĂ©liorĂ©e sur certains dĂ©tails (recoins, sous le canapĂ©, sol du balcon). Il manque des coussins pour les chaises extĂ©rieures. Mais ce sont des dĂ©tails, nous sommes ravis de notre sĂ©jour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts. Es war sehr sauber und die Aussicht ist schön. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das einzige was uns fehlte waren etwas bessere Auflagen fĂŒr die StĂŒhle auf dem Balkon bzw 4 StĂŒhle wĂ€ren super. Der Pool mĂŒsste besser gepflegt werden, die WasserqualitĂ€t war nicht optimal.
