AT309 Mirador: AT309 Mirador: Semi-detached house in the quiet neighbourhood of Els Munts between Torredembarra and Altafulla, just 400m from the beautiful Canyadell creek. The house has a private patio with access to the communal area with lawn and swimming pool. The complex also includes a tennis court at the disposal of the neighbours. On the ground floor of the house there is a living-dining room with an exit to the patio with garden furniture and a portable barbecue, a very well equipped open-plan kitchen (including dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, and a second bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has access to a terrace overlooking the communal area. Going up to the first floor we find a space with 2 bunk beds for 4 people and exit door to another terrace with sea views at the back. The car can be parked inside the courtyard at the entrance to the house. The complex is located 5 minutes walk from Cala Canyadell. We do not accept bookings from groups of young people between 16 and 26 years old.
