Rural house located in Almuñécar, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.

This charming rural house is the ideal place to enjoy the stunning beaches of the Tropical Coast. Located less than a kilometer from Almuñécar beach, it offers guests otherworldly views of the town and the Mediterranean Sea. The villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds; both have a wardrobe. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. In the living-dining room, you can relax and enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen area. The living room features a double sofa bed.

Although the owner of the house lives on the upper floor of the villa, the outdoor area is entirely at your disposal. The porch you'll find right outside the house has a spacious dining area, a chill-out zone, and a foosball table for the enjoyment of the little ones. But the charms don't end here. As you descend the stairs, you'll find a large terrace with a fantastic pool shared with another house. The views you and your family will enjoy from here will leave you amazed. This area also features a barbecue and loungers so you can sunbathe as much as you like.

Access to the house is possible via an asphalted lane.

Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung mit vorher eindeutig definierten Treffpunkt. Kommunikation auf Englisch und Basis Spanisch kein Problem. Gute Lage der Wohnung. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand und beim einkaufen. Laufen wäre theoretisch auch möglich, in 15 Minuten ist man am Meer. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht: gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Grillbereich auf der Terrasse oder am Pool sowie gute Matratzen.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegenden Hügelhäuser. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Der Pool ist großartig, obwohl es im Mai dafür etwas kalt und windig war. Wir haben Minifußball und Tischtennis gespielt und hatten eine tolle Zeit.
