This is a good hotel on the whole. The room was very clean and kept that way and the hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. A few small things that could have improved our stay: the food at breakfast wasn't great, the wifi kept cutting out (though it is apparently more reliable in the 'business centre') and our room was too warm without the air conditioning on – but the air conditioning was quite noisy. There's also a very strange set up in the breakfast room – a colossal sound system and huge screens showing a low-quality news channel (!) – which didn't exactly make us feel relaxed.

Оформили ранний заезд, заселились без проблем в районе 6 утра, бронировали два одноместных номера. В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили. По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий оплату.. Из за таких нюансов впечатление подпорчено, но в целом - нормально .

I have tried several hotels in Almaty and think this is the best 4 star hotel with best service and best facilities. perfect for business travel. the only downside is that there is no food at the Hotel without the breakfast, but the hotel orders food from external restaurants and that is working good. The breakfast is good. The hotel are lucky to have some of the hotel staff who is working there and deliver a very good service. This is the main reason I use the hotel a lot.
